Demi Lovato reveals album cover for upcoming 4th album via her new scratch off site. There hasn’t been an official announcement for a title yet but by judging from the artwork the new album could possibly be called DEMI. The new album is due for a release in May and will include her lead single, “Heart Attack” The music video for “Heart Attack” will premiere shortly.
